1. Overview
We want our arrangements to feel fair and straightforward. This policy describes when and how you can cancel, reschedule, or request a refund for the informational services and educational materials we offer. It applies alongside your statutory consumer rights, which it does not replace.
2. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services and digital purchases agreed at a distance, beginning on the day the agreement is made. Within this period you may withdraw without giving a reason, subject to the points below regarding services already performed and digital content.
- If you ask us to begin a session within the 14-day period and it is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that completed session.
- If a session is only partly delivered, you may owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided.
3. Cancelling or rescheduling a session
For booked informational sessions, the following applies outside or alongside the statutory withdrawal period:

| Missed appointment | Where no notice is given, the reserved time may not be refundable, though we will always discuss the circumstances fairly. |
4. Educational materials and digital content
For downloadable or digital educational materials, you acknowledge that, once you expressly request access and we begin delivery within the withdrawal period, your right to withdraw from that specific digital item may lapse, as permitted by law. Where materials have not yet been accessed or delivered, a full refund can be arranged.
5. How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, simply contact us with your name and the details of the booking or purchase:

A clear written request helps us process matters quickly, but we are happy to confirm the details with you either way.
6. Refund timing and method
Where a refund is due, we aim to process it without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of agreeing it. Refunds are normally made using the same payment method you originally used, unless we agree otherwise. We do not charge a fee for issuing an eligible refund.
7. Exceptions
Some situations fall outside standard refunds, for example completed services you expressly asked us to start, or digital materials already accessed at your request. Even so, we review each case individually and in good faith, and we will always explain our reasoning clearly.
